What is your refund policy if I am not satisfied with the quality?

We offer a full refund or a free remake if the product has manufacturing defects, does not match the approved digital proof, or fails to scan on industry-standard apps. Our commitment is to quality, and if we fail to meet the high standards shown in our product photos, we will make it right. To initiate a claim, you must provide clear photos and a description of the issue within 72 hours of receiving your package. If the error is on our part such as a typo or a misaligned UV layer, we will ship a replacement card within 48 hours at no charge. If you prefer a refund, we will issue the original amount in the same cryptocurrency used for the purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or for errors in the information provided by the customer during the ordering process. Always double-check your details on the digital proof before giving us the approval to print.
