Yes, every customer receives a digital proof via email within 24 hours of ordering to verify all details before the final printing phase. The digital proof shows exactly how your photo and personal information will be laid out on the specific state or province template you chose. This is your opportunity to check for typos in your name, address, or birth date. We do not begin the physical manufacturing process until you have replied to the proof email with your approval. This check-and-balance system is why we have a nearly zero percent error rate on our delivered products. If you notice an error in the proof, simply reply with the correction, and our design team will send you a revised proof within 12 hours at no extra cost.
